Skywise sent a transmission to members of Imperial High Command and the
Imperial Security Bureau. Contained within these transmissions was
instructions for the institution of new laws regarding aliens residing in
the Galactic Empire. The new statutes are as follows:
Effective Immediately,
1.) All aliens living on the worlds of Bilbringi, Anaxes, Coruscant, Kuat,
Balmora, Cairda, Fondor, and Yag'Dhul will be restricted to living and
working within special alien zones designated by the local Sector Moff.
2.) No aliens will be permitted to travel to or from any of the above listed
planets or leave their designated zone without the permission of the Sector
Moff and Director of the Imperial Security Bureau.
3.) Overwatch of every alien zone will be the responsibility of an
individual appointed by the local Sector Moff.
4.) The Director of the Imperial Security Bureau will have the final say on
any and all matters relating to alien relations within the borders of the
Galactic Empire. The Imperial Security Bureau will ensure that every Moff
has the support necessary to enforce these restrictions expeditiously and
effectively.
5.) Violation of these restrictions or attempting to aid in the violation of
these restrictions will result in an Indictable Offense. Those accused of
violating or aiding in the violation of these restrictions will be
investigated and sentenced as the Department of Internal Affairs may direct.

The Imperial Security Bureau has already begun coordinating efforts with
Moffs to ensure that these laws are enacted smoothly and quickly. All
inquiries should be made to ISB-Lieutenant Colonel Tarrok in the Department
of Internal Affairs.
